Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MAANIH Talent ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all candidates who register, submit a profile, or otherwise interact with MAANIH Talent. Authorized hiring-organization users may use the Hiring Workspace for their organization's hiring activities within the access and permissions granted to them. Provisions that specifically refer to candidates apply to candidate use; the platform's general acceptable-use rules also apply to authorized hiring-organization users.

MAANIH Talent is owned and operated by MAANIH Technologies Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

2. Candidate eligibility

To use MAANIH Talent you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the right to work in the jurisdictions where you seek opportunities
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password with any third party. Each candidate may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are not permitted. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at contact@maanihtalent.com.

4. Accurate information requirement

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your profile, resume, and all communications. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including fabricated experience, qualifications, or employment history — is grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent removal from the MAANIH network.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another candidate's account or data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Submit profiles on behalf of others without their knowledge and consent
• Send unsolicited communications using the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security

6. Resume and content ownership

You retain ownership of your resume and professional profile. By submitting content you grant Maanih Technologies Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and use your content solely for operating the Platform and matching you with relevant opportunities. This licence ends when you request account deletion, except where retention is required by legitimate business or legal obligations.

7. Permission to process submitted information

By submitting a profile, you explicitly grant MAANIH Talent permission to:

• Store and process your professional profile and resume
• Share your profile internally with our talent team for evaluation
• Use AI-assisted tools to extract structured data from your resume
• Contact you at your registered email about relevant opportunities

We will not share your identified profile with client organisations without your prior consent for a specific engagement.

8. AI-assisted processing disclaimer

MAANIH Talent uses AI tools to parse resumes and extract structured professional data. AI-extracted information may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting AI-parsed data in your Talent Passport. Decisions about matching and engagement are made by our human talent team, not solely by automated systems.

9. No guarantee of employment or opportunity

Creating a profile on MAANIH Talent does not guarantee that you will be contacted, shortlisted, interviewed, or placed in any role. MAANIH Talent is a curated talent network. Opportunity availability depends on our current client requirements, which can change at any time. We make no warranty that your profile will result in any specific outcome.

10. MAANIH Talent is not a public job board

MAANIH Talent is a managed talent network, not a publicly searchable job board. You do not apply to open job listings. Our talent team reviews profiles and proactively reaches out when a suitable opportunity arises. Submitting a profile does not establish any employment, consulting, or contractual relationship with MAANIH Technologies.

11. Prohibited use

• Using a candidate account or unauthorized access to recruit candidates for your own business. This does not prohibit authorized hiring-organization users from using their Hiring Workspace for permitted talent discovery and candidate engagement.
• Accessing or attempting to access administrative functions without authorisation
• Uploading files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Submitting false or fabricated professional credentials
• Using automated tools to submit profiles or interact with the Platform

12. Account suspension or termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, provide false information, or engage in prohibited use. You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting contact@maanihtalent.com.

13. Intellectual property

All design, code, branding, and content of the MAANIH Talent Platform — excluding candidate-submitted content — is owned by Maanih Technologies Private Limited. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

14. Third-party links

MAANIH Talent may display links to third-party websites such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

15. Service availability

We aim to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the Platform offline for maintenance or reasons outside our control without prior notice.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maanih Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of MAANIH Talent, including loss of employment, income, or opportunity, errors in AI-parsed data, or Platform unavailability. MAANIH Talent is currently provided free of charge to candidates.

17. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised. We will notify registered candidates of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
