MAANIH Talent is owned and operated by MAANIH Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India, with offices in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. References to "MAANIH", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy mean MAANIH Technologies Private Limited.

MAANIH Talent is a curated intelligent talent platform that connects qualified technology professionals with enterprise, consulting, GCC (Global Capability Centre), offshore, and project-based opportunities. It is not a public job board.

2.1 Account information

When you create an account on MAANIH Talent we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address (used as your identity key)
• A hashed version of your chosen password (we never store passwords in plain text)
• The date and time your account was created and last used

2.2 Professional profile information

When you complete your Talent Passport profile we collect:

• Full name, phone number, current location and preferred location
• Current role, years of experience, primary and secondary skills
• Preferred role, notice period, current and expected compensation (CTC)
• Preferred work mode (remote, hybrid, on-site)
• LinkedIn profile URL and referral source
• A professional headline, summary, and work preferences you choose to add

2.3 Resumes and uploaded files

If you upload a resume, we store the file securely in our cloud object storage. We retain the original filename, file size, content type, and a cryptographic checksum. We do not distribute your resume files to any party without your explicit consent for a specific opportunity.

2.4 AI-assisted resume parsing

With your consent, we use AI-assisted parsing to extract structured information from your uploaded resume, including your name, years of experience, primary skills, current role, seniority level, certifications, and a brief professional summary. This extracted data is stored alongside your profile to help us match you with relevant opportunities. AI parsing is not always accurate; you can review and correct the extracted information at any time within your Talent Passport.

2.5 Usage and session information

We collect standard server-side session information (a secure session cookie) to maintain your logged-in state. We also use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. Analytics may process pages visited, referring pages, website interactions such as Talent Passport creation, browser and device information, and technical connection information such as an IP address from which approximate location may be derived. Google Analytics may use cookies or other browser identifiers to distinguish visits. This analytics information is separate from the session information used to keep you signed in.

We use the information you provide to:

• Create and maintain your secure MAANIH Talent account and Talent Passport
• Match your profile with relevant enterprise, consulting, GCC, offshore, and project opportunities within our network
• Allow our internal talent team to review and qualify your profile
• Contact you about specific, relevant opportunities — only when your profile meets the criteria
• Send you transactional emails such as email verification, password reset, and account notifications
• Improve the accuracy and quality of candidate matching within our internal processes

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or profiling for any purpose outside the MAANIH Talent network.

By submitting a profile through MAANIH Talent, you consent to MAANIH Technologies Private Limited collecting, storing, and processing your professional information for the purpose of talent matching as described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by requesting account deletion (see Section 10).

Your Talent Passport profile is not publicly visible. It is only accessible to authorised members of the Maanih Technologies internal talent acquisition and delivery teams. Your profile will never be shared with any client organisation without your explicit prior consent for a specific role or engagement.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Within Maanih Technologies Private Limited, your data may be accessed by:

• Our internal talent acquisition team, for candidate qualification and matching
• Our delivery and project teams, for role suitability assessment — only with your prior consent for a specific opportunity

We share data with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform. Current providers include:

• Email delivery: a transactional email service used to send verification links and account notifications
• Cloud storage: a secure object storage service for resume file storage
• AI processing: an AI API used for resume parsing (no training on your data)
• Database hosting: a managed PostgreSQL database hosted within a secure cloud environment

The operational providers listed above are selected for their security and data-protection standards. We do not allow them to use your data for their own purposes.

Website analytics from Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are described separately in section 2.5.

We implement the following security measures to protect your information:

• Passwords are hashed using a strong one-way hashing algorithm (Argon2id) — we cannot recover your password
• Session tokens are cryptographically signed and stored server-side
• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS
• Resume files and profile data are stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure
• Email verification is required before an account can access candidate data
• Administrative access to candidate data is separated from candidate-facing access

No system is completely immune to security risks. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at contact@maanihtalent.com.

We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after account closure to comply with our legitimate business interests. Resume files are retained as long as the associated profile remains active.

Temporary data such as email verification tokens and password reset tokens are automatically deleted or invalidated after use or expiry.

You have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: update or correct your profile information at any time through your Talent Passport
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data (see Section 10)
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent to processing at any time, which will result in account closure

To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, email us at contact@maanihtalent.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address registered to your account. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe and confirm deletion by email.

Note: deletion of your profile does not affect any record of engagement or communication that has already occurred between you and our team about a specific opportunity.

MAANIH Talent uses a single first-party session cookie to maintain your logged-in state. This cookie is:

• HttpOnly — not accessible to JavaScript on the page
• Secure — only sent over HTTPS
• SameSite — limited to same-site requests to protect against cross-site request forgery

In addition to the login session cookie, Google Analytics 4 may use analytics cookies or other browser identifiers as described in section 2.5. The session-cookie protections listed above do not describe analytics cookies.

We send the following types of email to registered candidates:

• Transactional: email verification, password reset, account activity notifications — these are required for account security and cannot be opted out of while your account is active
• Opportunity-related: notifications about specific roles or engagements that match your profile — you may opt out of these by contacting us

We do not send bulk marketing emails or newsletters without your explicit consent.

Maanih Technologies Private Limited is based in India. Some of our third-party service providers may process data in other jurisdictions. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate data-protection safeguards are in place consistent with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations. Material changes will be communicated to registered candidates by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of MAANIH Talent after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
